Listed below are some of my various qualifications specific to the home inspection industry. It should be noted, I feel a construction background does not necessarily make for a good home inspector. While I do possess a multitude of construction skills, I consider it as only helpful. Home inspecting is a unique profession which is both an art and a science. In my opinion, home inspectors need to combine any relevant experience in addition to obtaining specific training in the home inspection field. Home inspectors need to be knowledgeable, keenly observant, problem-solving thinkers, professional, ethical and accurate in their assessments. In addition, they need to have a strong commitment to continuing their education, always seeking ways to improve their skills. Frankly, the day an inspector feels they know it all is the day they should leave the industry.

Building materials and practices are in an ever-evolving state of change, which mandates I make every effort to stay current. At Citywide, I combine a blend of construction skills and inspection experience with extensive education and training to provide consistent, accurate and reliable inspections. As such, you can feel confident in the services and abilities of my inspections. As the principle and only inspector at Citywide, you are assured of the same service and qualities in every inspection performed.
